Selected work

Selected work, shared with discretion.

The work The Reddy Group supports often sits inside leadership decisions, public narratives, sensitive transitions, and organizational systems. These case studies focus on the strategy, structure, and outcomes that can be shared.

The Reddy Group shares selected examples publicly and provides more specific work samples by request, with attention to permission, context, and confidentiality.

Ruth provided embedded support and built the systems behind the work, delivering a voice guide, an issue-based content calendar, a Spanish-first workflow, review guardrails, and a handoff plan.

Storybank strategy / Ethical storytelling / Policy narrative

Building a protected advocacy storybank from family help-line case notes

A bilingual education advocacy organization had hundreds of family help-line case notes showing recurring school barriers, and no safe, searchable way to use them. Ruth reviewed 384 documented cases and built the storybank structure, delivering coding fields, permission rules, audience and action mapping, pattern pieces, production planning, and a consent process.
